Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during product drops, holidays, or high-volume periods. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. We ship primarily through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size and destination.

• Economy (5 - 8 business days ): $4.90 flat, or free on orders $50+
• Expedited (1 - 3 business days ): $9.90 all orders include tracking.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. OT Off-Road Wheelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside of our control.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

OT Off-Road Wheelers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly with any delivery issues.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
