2. Orders & Payments

- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

- Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its partners.

- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

3. Refunds & Returns

- All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing prior to purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are shipped from our Texas base.

- OT Off-Road Wheelers is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

- Tracking numbers are provided once orders are shipped.

5. Liability

- OT Off-Road Wheelers is not responsible for misuse of products or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
